What is Creativity Coaching?
Creativity coaching is designed to help those who desire to live a more creative life but are hindered by blocks such as perfectionism, procrastination, and overwhelm (to name just a few). Through gentle guidance, support, and accountability, creativity coaching can help you breakdown resistance and eliminate self-sabotage.

Creativity coaching differs from life coaching in that it focuses on the creative process and how you can live a more creative life. As a creativity coach, I am trained to understand the creative individual’s sensitivities and the dislike for structure and authority that often accompany those sensitivities. The techniques I utilize teach you to incorporate play, nurturing, and imagination into your life while you make progress toward your creative goals.

Coaching involves working one-on-one with a client in person, over the telephone, through e-mail, or a combination of these approaches.
